The 'B' of Blue Surround is a fusion of the Latin letter 'B' w/ the Greek letter Sigma. Sigma not only represents the 'S' in 'Surround', but here also represents the idea of all-encompassing sound. The Sigma letter is used in its full form also as the 'E' of 'Blue'. Having the letter Sigma surround the word 'Blue' further emphasizes the surround idea. The right edge of this 'B'/'Sigma' is accented w/ an edge of blue color to visually emphasize the 'B'-side &, of course, to match the color of the word 'Blue' itself.
